#HRtech #UK #SaaSWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us develop our B2B client base and promote our HR assessment platform. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR, recruitment, SaaS, consulting, or business services.
The candidate should have an existing network of HR contacts, decision-makers, recruiters, HR Directors, business owners, or talent acquisition managers. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, contacting potential clients, presenting our solution, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.

Main responsibilities:- Develop new B2B sales opportunities
- Use your existing HR contact network to generate leads
- Contact HR managers, recruiters, and company decision-makers
- Present the platform and explain its value for recruitment and employee assessment
- Organize online and face to face meetings and product demos
- Build strong client relationships
- Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closing
- Provide feedback from the market to improve our sales strategy
Requirement:- Proven experience in B2B sales in the UK
- Experience in HR tech, SaaS, recruitment, consulting, or business services is highly preferred
- Existing network of HR or recruitment contacts from the British Market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Experience in the Netherlands market is a plus
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage

- Deliver regular sales updates and forecasting reports
