The role includes planning and managing marketing campaigns, creating content for LinkedIn, email campaigns and digital ads, improving brand visibility, supporting sales activities, and generating qualified leads among HR professionals, recruiters, and business decision-makers in the UK.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop B2B marketing campaigns for the UK market
• Create content for LinkedIn, email outreach, and digital advertising
• Generate qualified leads from HR and business audiences
• Support sales activities, demos, and client communication
• Improve brand awareness and market positioning
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Improve the brand’s visibility on social media
• Adapt marketing messages to the UK business audience

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B marketing in the UK market
• Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing
• Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, and paid campaigns
• Good knowledge of HR, recruitment, SaaS, or consulting is a plus
• Strong English communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
